The timeline below offers a brief running history of our personal contacts with cosmic beings that occurred during conscious out of body projection into the higher planes. Date, location and exact (local) time of end of contact (i.e., upon the consciousness returning to the physical body) are indicated when available.
The table refers only to a minor fraction of the overall contacts had by Alex Light, showing the ones that are the most relevant for this website. The events are in chronological order, starting from the first contact by Ashtar Sheran on 20th September 1998.
Our original log contains detailed information of each contact, in some cases with several pages of information per contact, either describing the quality of the spiritual energies experienced or transcribing the result of telepathic rapport or instructions received (available upon request). All contacts have been initiated by the cosmic beings themselves (we know nothing in advance regarding when and where a contact will occur).
